What would I do if I went to New York?
Today I took the time to look online for different places of interest that can be visited in New York. Without a doubt, my favorite is Central Park.
Central Park is New York City’s 843-acre backyard, an essential space that welcomes over 42 million visitors annually. This park provides a recreational space for millions of New Yorkers who live in a completely paved city. It has beautiful natural areas, lagoons, forests, playgrounds, monuments, places to eat and much more.
Although it is difficult for me to choose a favorite place in Central Park, I feel that during my visit I could not miss seeing the Gapstow Bridge. This beautiful bridge surrounded by trees allows you to feel the peace of nature, while looking at the impressive skyscrapers as if they were something so far away but close at the same time.
Central Park stretches from 59th Street to 110th Street, between Fifth Avenue and Central Park West. Below are the subway lines that the park's website indicates will serve you:
Subways
B, C, 2, and 3 on the north side
1, 2, 3, B, and C trains along the west side
4, 5, 6 trains along the east side
A, B, C, D, 1, N, R, and Q trains on the south side
Finally, I must say that if I had the opportunity to visit New York, I would like to walk around Times Square, visit at least two museums and take a boat tour around the island of Manhattan.
